Sunday the beaux and I went and saw 2012. Not a life changing experience, but it was entertaining. We then headed to Barnes and Nobles, where I got not one, not two, but five books (one the continuation of a feudal japan era fantasy, four from a modern wizard-paranormal-demonbullshit-awesome sci-fi series).
Its been a while since I hit up the book store.
From there, we headed on over to Hollywood Video, which looked like it was closing. The walls were scantly stocked, and the video game section was bare of anything that wasn't Modern Warfare related. Or really old games that no one wanted to play when they were new.
Fuck.
That led to Blockbuster. They are still in business. Business appeared to be booming in fact. And there, in the corner of the game section, glowing like a golden beacon of hope, sat Dragon Age, available for my renting pleasure. And rent it I did.
Long story short, I (and by I, I mean my man) bought five books, and rented a video game I have five days to beat before it has to be returned.
Needless to say, not much drawing going on this week.
